Company Founder, Dean Niezgoda, in the Hole
Niez Tech
For the Guy in the Hole
Why we Build
The tapping machine was invented in 1883. We industrialized, installed infrastructure, and moved on. While the world was focused on trying to add a computer chip to everything we forgot about the the miracle of running water and flushing toilets. We forgot about the guy keeping your life civilized. We started Niez Tech for that guy.
Walk around any water expo today, there is nothing truly new. We deserve better tools. Tools built for us.
How we Build
Company Founder, and former space plumber, Brian Niezgoda
We are not interested in building a better gate wrench.
So, we put a former NASA engineer in the hole.
For years we have been laying pipe in the morning then designing at night. We don’t see anyone else is taking this grass-roots approach. The best compliment we ever got was:
“A water guy designed this!”
Over-Build
We build new things. No matter how much we test them we know they will be used in ways we can’t foresee. So we overbuild them. They are machined out of billet steel and aluminum.
And no plastic parts.
They are build like our grandfathers tools. They are built to last.
Field Test & Support
We use all of our tool for years under the streets of Boston before we release them into the wild. They have been dug out of the dirt and put away wet. We are a small company with skin in the game.
We want to be there the first time you use the tool. We are not afraid to jump in the hole for you. We have been exactly where you are.
